A company is looking for a Sr. Client Operations Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and exceed client expectations in service delivery

Act as the primary operational liaison for account management teams, addressing service needs and fostering partnerships

Drive successful implementations and ongoing service delivery by managing timelines and mitigating risks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and client service experience

Minimum 5+ years in an account management support role or operational client services function

Knowledge of the healthcare, managed care, and / or fitness industry

Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborative environments
