Location: West Jordan Utah (but well help you get licensed if youre not yet!)

Position Type: Full-time, salaried + commission (youre in charge of your earnings!)

Training: 30 days of hands-on guidance + 30 days of goal-crushing support. After that? The sky's the limit.

Talking to our awesome customers and helping them understand and upgrade their policies.

Writing new policies with confidence and care.

Managing calls, emails, and texts like a pro.

Working independently AND being a key part of a team that genuinely has your back.

You're a great fit if you:

Communicate like a champ (written and spoken).

Are detail-obsessed and organized.

Can juggle tasks without dropping the ball.

Make smart decisions with confidence and professionalism.

Are a Microsoft Office wizard

Have a Utah Property & Casualty Insurance License (Life Insurance a bonus!) - or are open to getting licensed (well help!).
