A company is looking for an Engagement Technician to work in a remote call center environment providing pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and resolving patient inquiries
Place outbound calls to maintain and update patient medication profiles
Assist with claim adjudication, prior authorizations, and maintain patient records with confidentiality
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is necessary
Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA) is required
Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
