What Youll Do
As a Membership Sales Associate, you are the face of the studio and a key driver of both sales and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Confidently driving membership and package sales in a commission-based environment
• Proactive outreach to leads through phone call and texting
• Educating guests on benefits of infrared sauna + red light therapy + contrast therapy + halo therapy
• Booking appointments and managing follow-ups
• Providing warm, polished and individualized guest service
• Leading engaging studio tours for first-time guests
• Answering questions about services and memberships
• Maintaining a clean, organized studio
• Turning over sauna rooms and preparing towels
• Accurately track individual sales and meet monthly goals and conversion rates

Our ideal candidate brings more than just a great attitude they also have a background that supports success in a sales-driven, guest-focused environment. Experience in fitness or wellness is a plus, as it helps you connect authentically with guests and their goals. We also value candidates with previous sales or hospitality experience, especially in customer-facing or luxury service settings where personalized service matters. Familiarity with CRM systems, lead follow-up, or client outreach is highly beneficial, as consistent communication and relationship-building are key parts of this role.

Shift availability:

• MonFri: 6:30am2pm or 2pm9:15pm
• SatSun: 7:30am1pm or 1pm6:15pm
• Hiring at multiple East Valley locations
