We are seeking an advanced practice provider to join one of the nation s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is located at Community Hospital North.

Highlights
Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established general surgery team in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced advanced practice provider with experience in surgery.

• PRN (0.01 FTE) opportunity; Friday - Sunday from 7am - 3pm
• Experienced team of Physicians and APPs

Licensure & Certifications

• Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
• Critical care experience preferred, but willing to train if qualified and motivated
• Must be willing to learn how to intubate, insert central and arterial lines and manage ventilated patients
