JOB SUMMARY :

• Maintains the cleanliness of the facility to meet client satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED :

Receives supervision from the Lead or Supervisor. The position has no formal assigned supervisory responsibility or authority. Must complete jobs without constant supervision.

WORKING CONDITIONS :

The principal duties of this position are performed in an indoor and / or outdoor environment. Works standing and walking for prolonged periods of time while cleaning and / or sanitizing the work area. Steps, stoops, crawls, climbs, lifts, bends, kneels, pulls, and pushes while performing job duties such as heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 55 pounds. Physical work is a primary part of the job. The work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions. Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, cleaning chemicals, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and / or loud noises.

ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING POLICY :

This position is subject to the DLP Services, LLC, Drug-Free Workplace Policy which includes Post-Accident Testing, Random Testing, and / or Reasonable Suspicion Testing.
