Senior Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer III is responsible for developing visual concepts, creating designs for digital and print materials, and collaborating with marketing and development teams to ensure brand consistency. This position can work on a variety of projects, including advertisements, websites, logos, brochures, and social media content.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.

• Must possessappropriate level of certifications as required.

• At least 8 years of experience supporting communications initiatives, drafting information materials, producing communications products, superior with the use of digital communications tool and have advanced experience in the application of communications methods.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Leads design projects from concept to completion.

• Collaborates with clients to understand their design needs and objectives.

• Develops and presents design proposals and strategies to clients.

• Creates high-quality designs for various mediums, including print and digital.

• Provides feedback to junior graphic designers.

• Coordinates with external vendors and printers to ensure accurate production.

• Stays updated with emerging design trends and technologies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experiencesupporting communications initiatives, drafting information materials, producing communications products, superior with the use of digital communications tool and have advanced experience in the application of communications methods; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $25 to $35 per hour, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
