A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist to manage client renewals and maintain account accuracy in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts scheduled for renewal and proactively engage customers to secure renewals
Generate renewal agreements with accurate pricing and coordinate with internal stakeholders for discrepancies
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Accounts Receivable to address pricing approvals and outstanding balances
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service, account management, or retention experience preferred
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Experience discussing pricing and handling negotiations
