Title : Tech Lead Manager

AI / Machine Learning Lead – Generative Media Systems

A cutting-edge technology company in the creative AI space is seeking an AI / ML Lead to drive innovation in image and video generation. The team is building next-generation tools that enable creators to design, edit, and transform visual content through advanced machine learning and generative AI systems. Their platform blends deep learning research with real-world storytelling applications, including collaborative creative tools, image-to-video workflows, and cinematic automation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deep learning and generative modeling, experience leading high-performing technical teams, and a passion for bridging research and production in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art generative AI models for visual media.
  • Guide and mentor a team of ML engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
  • Translate research into scalable production systems and integrate them into creative pipelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to shape new AI-powered features.
  • Drive long-term strategy and technical vision for generative media systems.

Experience & Background

  • 6+ years of experience in machine learning, with strong emphasis on deep learning and generative models.
  • 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
  • Proven record of delivering ML models from concept to production in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in computer vision and content generation systems preferred.

    • Technical Skills

  • Hands-on expertise in generative AI for image / video (e.g., diffusion models, GANs).
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Strong knowledge of MLOps cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), and scalable model serving.
  • Familiarity with multimodal or video understanding architectures a plus.

  • Ability to inspire and mentor a team while setting a clear technical direction.
  • Excellent communicator, able to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term R&D investments.
