Toddler Lead Teacher The Learning Experience Dedham

Location: 960 Washington St, Dedham, MA 02026
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday
Pay: $22$23 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

About the Role

The Learning Experience Dedham is hiring a passionate Toddler / Preschool Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role supports children ages 24 in a nurturing, structured, and play-based learning environment designed to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a toddler or preschool classroom in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment
  
  
• Implement The Learning Experience curriculum to support social, emotional, and early academic growth
  
  
• Guide and support assistant teachers to maintain classroom consistency and quality
  
  
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and progress updates
  
  
• Partner with center leadership to uphold licensing standards and classroom excellence
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred
  
  
• Massachusetts EEC Preschool/Toddler Teacher qualification (or ability to meet requirements)
  
  
• At least 1 year of experience in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting
  
  
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
  
  
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
