New Home Sales Agent

Work onsite in our sales center, love your job, and sell beautiful new homes in a desirable community.

This is a long-term new home sales position for an experienced salesperson and/or licensed real estate broker. All new MonteVista Homes are sold through our sales team with commissions paid on each sale. We are one of the area’s most successful new home builders. We develop new home communities, and we will be building hundreds of new award-winning affordable homes in the local area.

Compensation: 100% Commission

• We are seeking a tech-savvy, skilled sales professional with excellent communication skills, a great attitude, driven by success, and a desire for a high income
• Our agents are trained in new home sales and continually earn six-figure incomes

• College degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of sales experience
• The ability to obtain an Oregon Real Estate license is required
