Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized (1-on-1) and small group lacrosse lessons.
• Schedule sessions to accommodate your and the clients' needs.
• Travel safely to clients' preferred training locations.
• Develop personalized lesson plans based on players' abilities and aspirations.
• Assess players' skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons as necessary.
• Provide an engaging, comprehensive, and enjoyable learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress.
