What You'll Be Doing:

• Support customers by phone, email, and chatcreating exceptional service experiences.
• Provide empathetic, professional, and positive customer support.
• Handle a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency.
• Communicate across multiple channels to resolve issues and provide timely updates.
• Research solutions and respond to customer needs with helpful support.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Identify opportunities to recommend services that add value for the customer.
• Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth service experience.
• Learn our offerings inside and outbecoming a knowledgeable go-to resource.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry a plus).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we'll train the right person!).
• A team player who is excited about growth and contributing to success.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
