St. Luke's is constantly adapting to different care delivery models to best meet our patient's needs. At our South Nampa Clinic, a new model of primary care services is offered where providers will leverage an agile approach that is shaped by consumer preferences and insights. To support and evolve this clinic, the Consumer Access and Experience team seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team. As part of an integrated model, a hybrid option is available that includes one work from home day per week to support the virtual care team
