Key Responsibilities
Engage with shop owners to identify needs and present solutions through strategy sessions
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales performance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or a similar role
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred
2+ years of automotive service experience preferred
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
Knowledge of sales processes and best practices
