• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
• Collaborate with team members to support office operations and special projects.
• Ensure visitor logs and records are maintained as required.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
• Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in answering and directing calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, copiers, and computers.
• Comfortable with basic administrative duties including scheduling and filing.
• Attentive to detail and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
