Salary Range: $65K - $80K /Annual
AEO Powersports is seeking an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department in Murrieta, California—located right in the center of Southern California’s dirt bike hotbed.
With year-round riding, local tracks and trails, and a constant flow of passionate riders, our counter never slows down. Add to that the credibility of our top-level Supercross team, and you’ll be running a department trusted by everyday riders and elite professionals alike.

The Parts Manager oversees daily parts operations—including inventory, retail sales, service department support, and customer interaction. You’ll work closely with technicians, vendors, and riders to make sure every part, accessory, and upgrade lands where it needs to be.
