Key Responsibilities
Build and execute a holistic enablement roadmap that supports various sales motions
Operationalize core sales methodologies into practical workflows and coaching guides
Design and run structured onboarding and training programs for new hires
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Operations
Proven experience enabling multiple sales motions in B2B SaaS or technical industries
Strong grounding in sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC, Challenger, and / or Sandler
Ability to simplify complex technical products into clear value stories
Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with CRM data and enablement KPIs
