The Director, Program Management provides strategic leadership for program management across five divisions, overseeing a $6B portfolio. This role is accountable for delivering new product launches and major redesigns, driving a culture of continuous improvement and lean practices, and ensuring achievement of throughput and growth objectives. The Director manages a team of senior program leaders, leads cross-functional initiatives, and partners with executive leadership to advance program management maturity and operational excellence across the organization. The expected annual salary range for this role is $158,000 - $232,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a EIC bonus program.
