This role can be based in Pittsburgh PA, Raleigh NC, Waukesha WI OR Woodridge IL. Relocation assistance within US to these locations available. The Director, Program Management provides strategic leadership for program management across five divisions, overseeing a $6B portfolio. This role is accountable for delivering new product launches and major redesigns, driving a culture of continuous improvement and lean practices, and ensuring achievement of throughput and growth objectives. The Director manages a team of senior program leaders, leads cross-functional initiatives, and partners with executive leadership to advance program management maturity and operational excellence across the organization. The expected annual salary range for this role is $158,000 - $232,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a EIC bonus program.
