Civil Engineer - Land Development

Description;

• Prepare engineering analyses, designs, and calculations for private improvement projects.
• Assist in creating construction plans and cost estimates.
• Support construction submittal reviews, RFIs, and other construction-related tasks.
• Coordinate with design teams and public agencies.
• Conduct technical analyses and simulations to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of engineering solutions.
• Work with survey and construction management teams during project execution.

Qualifications & Skills;

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (required).
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, methods, and practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Civil 3D) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze and organize engineering data to produce thorough reports.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engineering tasks, collaborate effectively in teams, and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
