[job_card.job_description]Post vehicle sales transaction in the General Ledger. Receipt and Deposit funds from vehicle sales. Issue vehicle trade payoffs, and vehicle purchases. Post franchise invoicing for vehicle sale / inventory related programs. Process Franchise vehicle loaner transactions. Process Flooring payoff transactions. Reconciliation of all vehicle sale schedules. Maintain and reconcile vehicle inventory. Closing internal repair orders for service of inventoried vehicles. Posting of franchise invoicing that pertains to vehicle inventory. Reconciliation of all inventory schedules. Assist in the supervision of the office staff. Assist with closing of monthly financial statements / reports Assist with payroll / HR activities.

- Processing of all vehicle sales / contract transactions.
Verify all deals from F&I department to ensure compliance is met.
Stocking in new / used vehicle purchases
Prior Dealership accounting experience required. Dealer Track DMS experience preferred but not required.
Salary will be based of experience.
