Compensation:

Dr. Lee and Dr. Hill have created a loyal and established referral base and they are excited to support a new surgeon in cultivating their own network and assisting with existing referrals. They are committed to mentoring and will personally introduce you to referring providers and provide day-to-day guidance when desired. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow and engage with the community, especially with the younger referral base that’s ripe for development.

The practice offers a strong foundation in bread-and-butter procedures, as well as an extensive and consistent stream of all-on-fours and some orthognathics. Additionally, hospital call rotation is available for surgeons interested in hospital-based experience, which also serves as a great way to network in the community.
