Job Title

Sign On Bonus $1000

Wage - $18.00 per hour

Schedule Varies, Full Time, 8hr shifts

What you will be doing : You'll be responsible for keeping vehicles in a clean and orderly condition and for operating vehicles for the purpose of transporting passengers and materials, in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions :

  • Operate light truck, buses and passenger vehicles; transport passengers and / or packages; ensure adherence to established schedules.
  • Maintain vehicles for routine services, clean vehicles, check fluid levels and reports.
  • Perform routine vehicle equipment inspection daily, including lights, breaks, mirrors, steering, and other required operating equipment; recommend mechanical repairs as needed.
  • Promote and support the center wide development of the Career Development Services System (CDSS) plan.
  • Participate and promote student employability programs and activities.

    • Education and Experience Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year experience as a licensed driver.
  • A valid commercial (bus driver) Class B driver license with passenger endorsement in the state where the facility is located with an acceptable driving record required.
