Our implementation specialist position is supported by a strong sales group, plan document team, and compliance department. We have a nationally recognized sales team allowing us to grow continuously and provide advancement opportunities for our professionals. / ppstrongJob Responsibilities : / strong / pulliProvide excellent client / advisor experience during the implementation phase of their plan / liliRequest and coordinate collection of data such as census information, plan documents, prior compliance testing, and IRS forms from clients and outside professionals / liliAct as a liaison between clients, advisors, and platform providers during the implementation phase of the plan / liliReview plan adoption agreements and complete plan provision paperwork for the various platform providers / liliAssist clients with plan provision inquiries to ensure a basic understanding of plan operation / liliParticipate in weekly calls with clients, financial professionals, and platform providers to manage plan timelines / liliSet-up internal systems, and load information into our compliance software / liliPerform work according to Nova policies and procedures / li / ulpstrongQualifications : / strong / pulliFive or more years of retirement plan implementation / onboarding experience / liliAbility to manage workload towards weekly goals in a results only environment / liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills / liliExcellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task / liliHigh level of critical thinking / liliCoachable and committed to professional development; industry credentials are an added bonus / li / ulpstrongCompensation and Benefits : / strong / pulliBase Salary $70,000-$85,000 / liliSalaried, non-exempt / liliMedical, dental, disability, and life insurance / liliPaid time off / lili401(k) plan with employer match / li / ulpstrongWork Location / Hours : / strong / pulliWork from home / liliMust work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer / liliWe will supply all necessary computer equipment / lili40-hour work week / li / ulpstrongWe get it.
