We are hiring a Sales Support Administrator to join our Littleton team. This role focuses on sales support, order processing, CRM management, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from start to finish
  • Answer sales calls, respond to inquiries, and provide product information
  • Maintain customer data in CRM and order management systems
  • Support the sales team with lead follow-up and promotional outreach
  • Prepare sales reports and updates on customer activity
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, account management, or related roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
