Executive Assistant
Dynamic venture capital firm focused on investing in early-stage companies is seeking an Executive Assistant to support several Partners. The firm partners with innovative founders to provide not just capital, but strategic support to help them scale. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining flexibility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to multiple partners, including calendar management, travel planning, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage incoming communications, prioritize requests, and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate board meetings, investor updates, and other key firm events.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Act as a liaison between partners, portfolio companies, and internal teams.
- Assist with special projects, research, and follow-ups as needed.
- Streamline processes and implement organizational systems to improve efficiency.
