Tax Support Specialist

Join our team as a Tax Support Specialist, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth tax administration processes. This position is focused on managing systems, documentation, and workflowsnot preparing taxes. Precision, confidentiality, and adaptability are key. Top Priorities (First 90 Days):

• Learn and navigate the tax system and internal processes quickly.
• Handle tax administration tasks such as processing paperwork, applying signature fields, and using internal platforms (e.g., Userverse).
• Support engagement letters and client outreach letters during peak season.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare and e-file tax returns; draft and distribute engagement letters.
• Oversee mailing, scanning, and document handling with accuracy.
• Deliver high-level administrative support to multiple leaders, including sensitive assignments.
• Create detailed reports using advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Drive process improvements and help train administrative team members.
• Collaborate across departments and respond to centralized administrative needs.

Tools & Systems:

• Microsoft Office Suite (advanced proficiency required).
• DocuSign and internal systems for tax administration.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expertise required).
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Pay Details: $33.65 to $35.57 per hour
