PrideStaff Financial is recruiting for a VP of Sales & New Product Development to join their team. The VP of Sales & New Product Development is responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet the company objectives by developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that promote sales growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal VP of Sales & New Product Development has proven sales and new product development, coupled with a thorough understanding of the manufacturing industry. The VP of Sales & New Product Development is a full-time, direct hire position in Sacramento, CA.
VP of Sales & New Product Development Duties & Responsibilities :
- Direct Sales & Product Development
- Become The Liaison Between Customer, Sales & Engineering
- Oversee Failure Analysis From The Applications Perspective
- Research & Development & New Product Development
- Engineering Write-up & Review
- Develop Annual Sales Plan in Support of Organization Strategy & Objectives
- Directs Implementation & Execution of Sales Policies & Practices
- Ensure Communications Are Coordinated, Support Sales Plan Objectives & Meets Organizational Expenditure Requirements
- Recommends Sales Strategies For Improvement Based on Market Research & Competitor Analyses
- Implements Approved Distribution Strategies
- Manages Multiple Channel Selling Strategies
- Builds, Develops & Manages Sales Team Capable of Carrying Out Needed Sales & Service Initiatives
- Performs Other Related Duties as Assigned
VP of Sales & New Product Development Requirements & Qualifications :
