IT Infrastructure Engineer

Responsible for designing implementing and maintaining the server software and network resources that support an organizations IT environment utilizing best practice in line with industry standards . Provide daily IT operational support to ensure business continuity and success identifying area of improvement

Accoutabilities :

• Improve network architecture to support Operation Technology expansion and growth
• Establish naming conventions for network Wi-Fi servers etc.
• Collaborate in the definition of infrastructure standards
• Design Backup and Disaster Recovery plan for all Mfg. locations
• Support manufacturing operation providing high availability infrastructure
• Provide hands on desktop support to plant users
• Perform proper firmware / software update on equipment in accordance with company and vendor requirement

Skills Needed To Be Successfull :

5 years of related work experience

Knowledge of storage servers and Hypervisor (VMWare preferred)

Knowledge of routing firewalls routers OOB and switching.

Technical certifications from Cisco Palo Alto AWS are encouraged

Automation & scripting skills

Understanding of manufacturing operations.

Incident and Problem management ITSM. Automation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong troubleshooting and self-starter
