Job Description :
Pay Range : $20.02hr - $24.02hr
- The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and project support for community-related programs, including scheduling meetings, preparing communications, maintaining documentation, and supporting the Community Mitigation Fund and associated committees.
- This role requires strong organizational, communication, and research skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Responsibilities :
Schedule and coordinate meetings with community members and other stakeholders.Prepare communications, including memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence.Learn and utilize the database system for the Community Mitigation Fund.Schedule, attend, and record minutes for Gaming Policy Advisory Committee (GPAC) Subcommittee meetings and other meetings as required (some in-state travel may be necessary).Collect, organize, and maintain filing systems for documentation and information related to the Community Mitigation Fund and GPAC subcommittees.Participate as a member of the Community Mitigation Fund review team.Collaborate on the development of annual guidelines, standard forms, and tracking processes for Community Mitigation Fund programs.Skills and Qualifications :
Ability to coordinate meetings with internal and external attendees.Strong proofreading, oral, and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other project management tools.Ability and willingness to learn new computer systems and databases.Excellent research and analytical skills.Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities to accomplish goals.Qualification and Education :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.3-5 years of experience in a legal secretarial, paralegal, administrative, or executive assistant role, or in a role supporting project management or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with grant program administration is highly desirable.
