R&D Intern

McCormick & Company, Incorporated  is seeking a full-time  Rearch & Development Intern  in Geneva, IL located at 1900 Averill Rd. This is a 10-week internship  (June 1st, 2026 - August 7th, 2026 ) which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Pay Range : $20 - $22

About the Role : This role focuses on the application science of flavoring proactive demos in the Beverage & Health Business segments.  This person will work closely with Marketing, Flavor Creation, Research & Innovation and Sales departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist Product Developers & Technicians with lab tasks / duties
• Developing basic benchtop application formulas
• Setting up and screening flavors for evaluation
• Responsible for the preparation / set-up of raw materials, finished products and retention samples
• Manage lab inventory of raw materials, snack base, & supplies needed to support daily tasks.
• Precise lab record / data keeping.
• Maintain sanitation and lab organization
• Effectively communicate with related departments on projects and products as required
