Key Responsibilities :
Respond to 70-90 phone calls per day, providing exceptional customer service
Assist customers with inquiries via email and support other departments with policy procedures
Help Pet Parents understand coverage options, review claims, and maintain policies
Required Qualifications :
Strong mental and emotional resilience to handle challenging customer interactions
Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center setting
Basic technical proficiency in navigating multiple software applications
Adaptability and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
A genuine desire to positively impact customers' experiences
