Yourmissions :
Job Summary and Purpose:
The Field Service & Installation Technician is responsible for the installation, adjustment, commissioning, and maintenance of Ceva equipment at customer sites. This role ensures successful project execution, provides on-site technical expertise, and serves as a key link between customers and internal Ceva project teams.
The technician will perform installation and service work in compliance with safety, biosecurity, and quality standards, while promoting Ceva’s values and customer-focused approach.

Technical / Functional Competencies:
·Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation principles.
·Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation schematics.
·Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM or maintenance tracking systems.
·Excellent communication skills; ability to train and support non-technical users.
·Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record; ability to travel frequently and independently.
Education -
Work Experience -
Other (consider certifications, specialized knowledge and/or training, etc.) -
·PLC Fundamentals, NCCER, or CMRT certification preferred.
·Familiarity with poultry or hatchery environments and biosecurity practices preferred.
·Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
·Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in industrial or hatchery environments.
Working Conditions:
·Work environments may include hot, humid, or noisy hatchery facilities.
Travel Required:
·Extensive travel (up to 75%) including overnight and weekend work as needed.
