Job Title : Software Developer I

Job Type : Hybrid

Location : Cincinnati, OH

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining IT solutions and systems. This role requires expertise in client-server solutions, web application development, SQL Server management, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless integration.

Essential Functions :

  • Design and develop robust client-server solutions and web applications.
  • Define and implement SQL Server objects to optimize database performance.
  • Develop and maintain codebase, data structures, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborate with other developers to troubleshoot and resolve complex development and performance issues.
  • Ensure seamless integration of development projects into our existing environment.
  • Provide proactive monitoring, system / application troubleshooting, and general support to ensure 24x7 availability of systems.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in developing applications using Microsoft's .NET development environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of T-SQL and experience in database design and normalization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Access, Visio, etc.).
  • Strong design, development, coding, testing, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
