Salary : $18-22 per hour, DOE

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all buildings and equipment are maintained in safe, functional, and efficient working condition. The Facility Maintenance Technician will perform facility upkeep including : daily janitorial tasks, landscaping, and provide support for a wide variety of facility needs to ensure the smooth operation of our workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

• General Maintenance : Ensuring offices, kitchens, restrooms and general building cleanliness
• Safety & Compliance : Ensure that all facilities are compliant with local building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards. Maintain an environment that promotes safety for employees and visitors.
• Building Upkeep : Assist with routine cleaning and upkeep of common areas, restrooms, and exterior grounds, ensuring a clean and professional environment.
• Special Projects : Support facility-related special projects, such as renovations or expansions, by providing technical expertise or hands-on assistance.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and work orders, in accordance with company policies.
