What You'll Do as a Mixing Operator :

  • Safely perform mixing and blending duties in a production environment
  • Weigh and mix materials according to SOPs and batch sheets
  • Record accurate production data while mixing inks and solutions
  • Charge raw materials and solvents in a measured, controlled manner
  • Support production output targets (daily, weekly, monthly, annual)
  • Perform quality control checks using visual and machine inspections
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues
  • Assist with cleaning, changeovers, and coating room procedures
  • Support basic maintenance activities and improvement initiatives
  • Help train other mixing operators when needed
  • Maintain strong housekeeping and safety standards
  • Follow all safety rules, OSHA, and HAZWOPER guidelines

    • Skills and Experience

    What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (technical associate degree preferred)
  • Prior manufacturing experience required; mixing / blending experience a plus
  • Basic math, weighing, and PC skills needed
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. and move carts
  • Comfortable working around solvents and wearing a respirator
  • Strong multitasking and teamwork skills in fast-paced production
  • Must complete OSHA & HAZWOPER safety training (provided)
