We are looking for a detail oriented and clinically skilled Speech therapist (SLP/CCC) to join our dynamic team at North Rehabilitation Center. Joining our team means you will be part of a group dedicated to providing the best and highest quality of resident care and excellent customer service. Speech Therapist Responsibilities
As an Speech therapist at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you will play a critical role in providing skilled Speech therapy to our residents. You are responsible for providing the highest quality of Speech therapy, to meet the needs of our residents and achieve resident outcomes. You are conscientious and organized about keeping quality documentation and all records up to date. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth and sincere concern for our residents and team members. Making a positive impact on the lives of our residents and families brings you a great deal of satisfaction.
Speech Therapy Requirements
· Valid Florida professional license as an Speech Therapist
· Accepting new and seasoned therapists
· Must have a degree from an accredited Speech Therapy program
· Must be knowledgeable of PDPM, LTC programing and ST scope of practice
· Ability to quickly learn and navigate Net Health and Point Click Care
