Reliability Engineer

Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opening for a Reliability Engineer at our Northshore Mining Company facility located in Silver Bay. The primary responsibility of this position is manage the preventative and predictive maintenance programs including : non-destructive testing and analysis (ultrasonic, vibration, and thermography), lubrication, and key performance indicator monitoring.

Summary of Responsibilities :

• Perform failure mode and effect analysis.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis.
• Perform Delays Analysis.
• Review data and evaluate results to develop improvement plans.
• Manage improvement and cost savings projects.
• Identify opportunities
• Determine best solution
• Create / update drawings as needed
• Write work scopes for contractors
• Manage contractors through project completion
• Ensure supervision, mentoring and training when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $105,000. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location and business or organizational needs
