A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of back-end engineers, promoting professional growth and technical excellence
Enforce best practices and coding standards to ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality software
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to align development efforts with business objectives
Required Qualifications
10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years managing teams of at least five engineers
Proven experience in developing high-volume, high-performance APIs, ideally for a SaaS product
Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively mentor and motivate teams
Deep understanding of software engineering principles and development methodologies
Experience working with large external vendors
