Competencies : Digital : Kotlin, Core Java, Scal
Experience ( Years ) : 4-6
Essential Skills :
- Minimum 5 years of programming experience, ideally with a modern backend stack.
- 2 years experience with Java, Kotlin, or Scala.
- Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and ORM frameworks.
- Experience with microservices and service-oriented architectures (SOA).
- Cloud platforms experience (Kubernetes preferred). Proficiency with CICD pipelines.
- Test-driven development experience, including unit and integration testing.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and regulatory compliance in financial services.
- gile software development experience.
Desirable Skills : Experience in payments domain
