A company is looking for a Coaches and Scouts - AI Trainer (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured feedback based on professional experience
Develop prompts for AI models that reflect industry-specific tasks and language
Work independently on a flexible schedule, averaging 5-20 hours per week
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of professional experience in coaching or sports-related fields
Experience in planning and conducting practice sessions and training programs
Ability to adjust techniques based on individual athlete strengths and weaknesses
Experience in evaluating athlete performance and developing game strategies
Willingness to participate in asynchronous work with leading AI labs
