A company is looking for a Lead Growth Engineer who will architect and execute growth systems to enhance brand presence and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Scale sales and marketing functions through automation and AI assistance

Own campaign automation and develop innovative outreach tactics

Analyze funnel and behavioral data to pivot strategies and measure success

Required Qualifications

Experience with growth tools and full-stack development skills (JavaScript, Python, React)

Hands-on experience with AI agents for campaign acceleration and user research

Track record of designing and shipping growth experiments across acquisition and retention

Familiarity with SQL and audience segmentation for performance measurement

Confident in optimizing funnels and running A / B tests for data-driven iterations
