A company is looking for a Pharmacy Operations Support Specialist to manage pharmacy claims and support customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Review and resolve rejected pharmacy claims and assist with prior authorizations

Compile and track findings from pharmacy claims monitoring data

Interact with various stakeholders to ensure timely access to prescription drugs

Required Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Current Certified Pharmacy Technician License in good standing

1+ years of Pharmacy Technician or retail pharmacy experience

Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a changing work environment

Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
