Preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. 2. Conducting detailed budget analyses and forecasts, identifying trends and making recommendations to improve financial performance. 3. Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. 4. Assisting with internal and external auditing procedures. 5. Reviewing and recommending improvements to accounting systems and procedures. 6. Participating in financial projects and collaborating with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting. 7. Providing financial information and advice to senior management to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications: The successful candidate for the Senior Accountant position will have: 1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role. 3. Extensive experience with budget preparation and analysis, and income statement preparation. 4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel. 5. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 6. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner. 8.
