We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that salary structures and benefits offerings align with industry standards and organizational goals. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in analyzing and harmonizing compensation frameworks while contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct detailed benchmarking analyses to ensure salaries and benefits are competitive within the industry.
  • Review and update job descriptions and functions to align with organizational standards.
  • Develop and refine salary bands and structures to maintain consistency across roles.
  • Collaborate with teams to harmonize job functions and compensation frameworks across the organization.
  • Utilize Paylocity to manage and analyze compensation and benefits data effectively.
  • Provide recommendations for improving benefits coordination and administration.
  • Support the planning and evaluation of future system implementations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in compensation and benefits management.
  • Offer insights and solutions to enhance employee satisfaction through optimized benefits packages.
  • Strong expertise in compensation and benefits analysis, including benchmarking and salary structure development.
  • Proven experience in benefits coordination and administration.
  • Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HR systems.
  • Ability to conduct detailed job function reviews and harmonization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulations in compensation and benefits.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long-term projects and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
