Missions :

  • Business development, you are responsible for prospecting C-level clients regarding their recruitment needs and talent hunting
  • You lead the first meetings of the discovery phase, from signing the mandate to taking the brief
  • You hunt, test, and select the best profiles with the help of our Talent Acquisition team
  • You know how to present and pitch the talents
  • You are responsible for closing deals and ensuring the revenue within your scope
  • You benefit from the best experts, coaching hours, and a unique method

  • It is imperative to have prior experience (3 years) in Sales / Hunting for this role : )
