Data Entry Clerk

We’re seeking a versatile administrative and data-focused team member to start immediately through at least 1/1/2028. This role combines hands-on data work—using logical rules to crosswalk and translate information across systems—with general administrative support, including coordinating input from multiple team members, managing and tracking deliverables, document organization and scanning, and occasional reception duties. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable juggling both analytical tasks and office support to help keep our operations running smoothly.

• Proven experience in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry tasks.
• Strong typing skills and ability to handle numeric and alphanumeric data efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners and printers.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following data security guidelines.
