Security Specialist

A company is looking for a Security Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and implement security change requests to ensure compliance and system integrity

Monitor and maintain audit logging for all M365 and related platforms

Administer and optimize Microsoft Defender security settings and threat protection

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience supporting Microsoft 365 Cloud Suite in a large corporate or government environment

Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate / Flow)

Strong .NET development skills, including C#, .NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Proficiency in creating PowerShell scripts and knowledge of Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and the Azure ecosystem

Experience managing user permissions, data retention, and compliance settings
