A company is looking for a Clinical IS Analyst-(Epic)-Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with users to document current workflows and propose enhancements for Epic applications
Perform maintenance, configuration updates, and testing of Epic applications, including user testing coordination
Provide tier-one support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with vendors for system fixes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Epic certification / proficiency in any module preferred
Basic project management skills
Preferred : Prelude proficiency or certification
Must maintain Epic certification per Epic Corporation standards
