ETL Developer

Job Details Job Title: ETL Developer / ETL Data EngineerDuration: Long Term Contract Job Description We re seeking an experienced ETL Developer / Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize large-scale data integration pipelines in a high-performance environment. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience withInformatica, Hadoop ecosystem tools, and SQL development. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter or equivalent tools. Work within the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Spark, Impala) to process, transform, and analyze large datasets. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation. Develop shell scripts and Python utilities to automate and support ETL operations. Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and availability. Troubleshoot and tune performance issues in ETL and big data environments. Required Skills ETL Development: Informatica PowerCenter or equivalent tools. Big Data Technologies: Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Impala, HDFS. Programming & Scripting: SQL (Oracle PL/SQL), Linux Shell scripting, Python (preferred Database Environments: Oracle or similar relational databases. Strong analytical, debugging, and performance tuning skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in large financial or banking environments. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices. Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools. We are an equal opportunity employer.
